Footwear. The tanning process for Cordovan requires six months,
resulting in a soft, supple, yet extremely durrable leather. The
natural patina of Cordovan can easily be enhanced with routine
polishing. It is very common for a pair of Cordovan shoes to last
through 4 or 5 resolings, making them a sound investment.
